One share entitles to 5 days use of the village per year, or 20 days use of a cottage. Fully equipped kitchens, saunas, fire places, meeting facilities, suitable for any occasion.

The usage rates for shareholders are favourable, only about 5,000 yen per person and night in fully equipped facilities.

Number of shareholders is 46, half of them Finnish companies established in Japan, half Finnish and Japanese private persons and Japanese companies doing business with Finland. Currently the share capital is 76 mill. yen.

A share in K.K. Finland Village is also a good long term investment as the market value of the shares is much higher than the aquisition cost, due to the fact that all products used for construction and interior decoration of the village are partly sponsored by suppliers.
