Note our cancellation policy:

No charge if cancelled one month before intended usage

5 000 yen if cancelled between one month and one week before

50 % of usage fee if cancelled less than a week before

Change of reservations could be made within one week from planned use without

cost if facility is available for the new date.

Note: the sauna in the main unit is not included in Unit 2. If the main unit is free, you could ask for the keys to main unit at the reception, extra charge 1,000 yen. If main unit is in use, you need to negotiate with people staying there.
