Demola Workshop -
Great Chance to Develop Your Strategic Thinking

Understanding the future is inevitable in today’s world. Technology is rapidly and constantly developing, while life cycles have become shorter. In addition, more and more products and services are affected by how the new generations view and value them. With this speed of change, companies who are open for new perspectives and able to see the need for change in time will be at the top of their game.

Easier said than done, we know. That is why we, FCCJ and Demola Global are organizing Future Challenges workshop for FCCJ members. The participants joining the Future Challenges Workshop get to design intriguing challenge descriptions based on future scenarios. These descriptions may be utilized e.g. as key factors in internal investment decision-making, vehicles for strategy work or simply to stimulate one’s personal thinking by challenging old paradigms.

Why to Take Part?

Future signals, trends and megatrends are at the center of attention in this concrete but informal workshop. You may think about possible themes and phenomena from your organization’s perspective or from you own personal point of view.

A few preliminary questions to ponder before the workshop:

  • Which novel weak signals (phenomena, services, products, events) have caught your interest lately and why?
  • Which societal or global changes might affect your organization the most in the following 5-10 years?
  • How do you envision the change of behavior among your relevant stakeholders?

Workshop agenda (3 hours):

  • The basics of future work & co-creation
  • Examples of future scenarios & challenge descriptions
  • Future scenario design & discussion through weak signals and megatrends
  • Discovering and choosing the solid foundation for future challenge descriptions

The results of the workshop will be processed by Demola co-creation experts to finalized future challenge descriptions, which are presented to the partners after the workshop.
